Hey Guys, ok I am running a half marathon and need some advice. I used to use powerbar gels every 40 minutes, but I cannot stomach them anymore. Even the smell of one almost makes me retch. I was going to buy these things called sharkies (little chewy carbo packed candies), but the local running store is out. Does anybody know of anything else that would work? I am wondering about them little fruit chews that grocery stores sell in the granola bar aisles. IF anyone has any advice I will be very grateful.
