Hi I am going to post things about my health and see if there is any reason to be worried.

I am 15, 16 in a week. I am 145-150 pounds. I am about 5'10-5'11.

Ok now that thats there I usualy get tired during school in certain classes, and somtimes take naps when i get home. I usualy fall asleep at about 12 and wake up at 6 in the morning for school which makes my sleep patterns messed. I dont eat a lot of veggies or healthy foods on a regular basis. I drink a lot of coffee, In the summer I was up to somtimes a pot a day every 2 days and this is not good lol. I am on the computer a lot but I am still in good shape, but I dont feel like I am all the time.

Is the way to make me feel better to cut back on caffine? To stop taking in so much sugar and get better sleep scedual?

Also I have stoped drinking caffine as much as I do normaly and have been getting little headaches every so often. Is this normal?

Well, from what I remember at age 15 even a little younger..I was always tired. I have heard doctors say that teenagers need atleast 10 hours of sleep to keep up. I will definately say that all that coffee is not good for you either. Coffe has caffeine which will dehydrate you making you feel sick or tired and if u use a lot of sugar, you are getting a sugar high and then when it wears off, you drop. Not to lecture you on health, but you should try to drink more water and less coffee.Try decaf coffe even. I know its hard to eat healthy at your age. Those burgers and fries and pizza sound so yummy, but getting a little fruit or veggies or some kind of balaned diet may make you feel better too. Hope this helps
