I notice alot of posts on various things and I have wondered if anyone here has ever considered hiring a personal trainer, because a good trainer can resolve many of the issues and questions that are posted on here.

The reason everyone uses the board is because it cost $$$ to hire a personal trainer. Some people just can't afford it. In my situation I live in such a small town that I don't believe we even have one here. A small gym just opened up but I have more equipment than they do. lol So I use the Internet to find information.

I actually live about 1 hour north of Las Vegas in a town called Logandale(sits at the top of Lake Mead). It is a lot easier to just say Las Vegas because everybody knows where that is. An hour drive to the gym is a bit far for me :)
