I have been running for 4km a day for a few days, and am finding it really quite easy. It takes about 25minutes. I weigh 144 lbs and am 6"0. Does anyone know how long it would take for noticable changes in my chest appearance take??Thanks, joyboy

You cant pick where you want to get ride of the weight. But with a good routine and diet eventually youll get the results your looking for.

Whats wrong with your chest? You're 6 foot at 144 pounds and that for a male is NOT fat, and if you're a female why are you trying to change your chest anyways? Running isn't going to make them any bigger http://www.healthboards.com/ubb/cool.gif and I don't see why you'de want to make them smaller...

Believe me, i have a lot of body fat. If i sit down I get rolls. I need to burn it off, and running i find a good way.

The nutrional information should be located on the label, bottle, or can of the food/drink. If not I'm sure if you did some looking on the web you'de be able to find what you're looking for.
