I got a problem. See, my stomach is pretty big. It's mostly not fat, so I'm trying to figure out what it is cuz it's a really annoying problem ;(
In the morning, when I wake up, my stomach is normal size, like it should be. But then, after I eat my breakfast, my stomach goes bigger. From under the breast to the lower tummy, it goes bigger. I've had some ppl ask me if I was pregnant! It's that big of a difference. I really need to know what this is, because I look horrible and I dont feel confortable with myself because of it. I know there must be SOMETHING causing this, I want to solve the problem now because I've lived with this for like 4 yrs :(
If it helps understand why, I have a lower back problem. I lack the lower curve of my back, my spine is also twisted which limits the energy circulation in my body.
I've asked a nutritionist about this problem but she doesn't know. And getting to speak to a real gastroenlotogist is complicated here. And my parents are not making any effort to help me, so if you have an idea wut it is plz tell me what u think it is.

A big belly could mean you have too much yeast in your body. There are many products in health stores that will get rid of the yeast build up.

Maybe it's that.
I'm thinking it could be:
IBS
Parasites
Celiac disease <-
Lactose or fructose intolerance

Try eating low carb. Carbohydrates often cause belly fat/protrusion.

bloating probably caused by a reaction to something...normally things like bread etc

I have the same exact problem!! It's terrible, I always have to wear a sweater even if its hot out, because I will bloat out so bad that I look like I'm pregnant. It's terrible and makes me depressed and self consious. It used to be only once in awhile but then it became every day. i went to the dr the other day, and of course I get the Irritable Bowel stuff, which is fine, I've had that for years, but I just started doing the Gluten Free diet for Celiacs, and let me tell you, its worked wonders for me. My stomach is 75% better!! It is a hard diet to follow because there is Gluten in so many things, but its really not too bad and it gives an excuse to eat better, but because I feel so much better and I don't have the bloating, I'm sticking with it. Good Luck, it is a terrible feeling to have especially when you know you are not that big. I had to start wearing my 'fat' clothes every day because I'd swell up so much, but just in 1 week I was back to my old self!!

Hi Uryuu. Have you had regular check-ups at the gyno? If you are due for an appointment, I suggest getting checked out completely for fibroids, cysts, etc.

what do you have for breakfast? maybe you have a food intolerance to wheat or dairy. both can cause bloating. try cutting them out, one at a time, and seeing if there's any difference.
