Hi folks. I stumbled upon this site a few days ago and I love seeing how people get help and I hope to receive the same here. Here's my situation. I am 22 years old and I stand 5'10" and weigh 218 lbs. I used to lift constantly through high school and was in good shape. I used creatine, andro, and took protein to help me along as well. That brings us to today. I have just started lifting again and am looking for the best way to lose the pounds while still puting on good muscle mass. Mainly, my questions are this. Are creatine and protein shakes still the way to go. Are protein supplements a bad idea since I want to lose some weight as well as put muscle on? And, what supplements would best suit me in what I am trying to accomplish? I am getting to the gym about 3-4 times a week and doing some cardio on my off days. Any help would be appreciated!!
