I was wondering if it's better to exercise before or after eatings (such as breakfest or any other meal)? Does doing one or the other help when it comes to weight loss? Thanks.

That way your body has no choice but to burn stored fat. I did cardio every morning for a month and I definitely lost weight. If you workout after eating, then the energy that's powering your workout is coming from the food you just ate, not stored fat. |
