I found out that I almost certainly have a variocele on one of my testicles. Are these dangerous at all? Will I need surgery or is it ok to leave them alone? Please let me know. Thanks

years ago when I was in my early 20's I had the same problem, and went in for a check-up. I didn't know what my problem was at the time, I just knew that my testicles hurt, and was very uncomfortable at times. The urologist told me that I had varicocel (sorry for the mispelling) vains. He told me that it was normal for some guys to have them. told me to just take it easy, and if they gave me serious problems to come back. that was 24 years ago, two teen-agers later. I would advise to see a urologist/doctor if you're having serious problems. If it's slight discomfort as I had/have from time to time, you're okay! Don't worry about it.:wave:
