I have ben playing 3 sets of aggressve tennis a day, aswell as a 4km run. Should I be having rest days at all? I am finding the running surprisingly more difficult as I go along, Thanks

I would give your body rest... your body needs the recovery time. However, by resting it doesn't mean don't do anything activity wise for the day. Instead of running 4km that day, only run 1-2 km.. or walk those 4km instead. The variety will also help keep your body form becoming used to your workout routine!

Listen to your body - It will tell you what to do. Don't over do it or you will regret it.
