Which partial would be the better one? My dentist said the acrylic is $400 - the other one (not sure what that is) is $800. I saw on the internet today a flexible type of partial. Anybody have that kind? Also do they have to have the metal clasps? After Thursday my left eye tooth wont be there to hold it to . Just wondering!

I know most dentist like to use a metal lower partial for stability. My two dentist, a tmj guy and and prosthodontist said metal, which I have an acrylic one now and they say they are throw aways and temporary. I am not looking forward to the metal, but I will go with what is best.
