i hear that the rule of thumb is 1gram of protien for every kg or 1gram for every pound.....
i am just stating out....i dont want to end up like a beast...i just wanna look bulky and toned...
I am busy taking whey protien, and every 40g serving yields 33grams of protien.....
please i dont want to end up wrecking my kidneys or anything..i need something a little concrete....
so anyone with any real advice, would you please be kind enough to reply....
