I got this from a book called Bodybuilding 101, which had a lot of helpful hints.
Do 2 bodyparts per workout.
Pick 1 core exercise for each bodypart.
Do 10 sets of 10 reps for each exercise for a total of 20 sets per workout.
The weight should be about 70% of your 1 rep max. Use trial and error as 70% may be too heavy/light for others.
Take about 2-3 minutes rest between sets. I took 3 minutes due to my body type.
Take 1 day off between workouts if you want to cover your entire body over the course of a week. Then take 2 or 3 days off before you resume your routine again.
Do this once a month.
The burn I got from this was the best I ever had. I mean, I was PUMPED.
Let me know if anybody tries this and how you made out.
