I'm currently on a diet because I'm starting to hate the extra weight I have one me. Lately when I've been having cravings for fat foods like a big mac I eat it and when I'm done I stick my finger in my mouth and throw it up. I feel like this beats the craving and I don't get the side effects of the big mac. Am I becoming anorexic? I'm worried that I will do this to all my meals in the future.

You may be anorexic if you are constantly concerned about food, watching every calorie you eat. And I think you are showing bulimic behavior. Before you do the puking your food thing again you need to read some of the post on this site and maybe you will think again. You need to research eating disorders on the Internet and you will learn all about how you'll ruin your teeth. They will become lose and you will lose your gum line and they may fall out. You will damage your heart if you keep throwing up. You will damage your throat. Learn what your ideal weight should be and learn to eat accordingly. You can have a Big Mac once in awhile, just watch your other meals that day. It's very simple yet we make it all so hard on ourselves. It's not about deprivation, it's about eating until you're full, stopping when you are and not throwing it up afterwards so you can go back later and eat something else because you're now hungry. Stop now while you can, before it's got a hold of you and you find yourself in the hospital one day, or worse, dead from heart failure. Good luck.

Eating disorders, particularly bulimia, are horrible, horrible on your teeth. Even anorexia is bad on the teeth...from lack of nutrients due to anorexia, I started clenching and grinding my teeth at night, which has led to wear on the teeth and 2 cracked teeth requiring crowns. Even though I've been recovered from the ED for 5 years, I can't break the clenching habit; now I have to wear a night guard at night to help protect my teeth.
It sounds like you need to get some help. I would suggest finding a therapist, particularly one skilled in treating people with EDs. Also, you should look into getting a registered dietician. If you need to lose weight (and I'm not sure if you do, but if so), do it the right way with a proper diet and sensible exercise. If you don't need to lose weight, try to follow the recommendations of the dietician.
I am lucky; I recovered from my ED, but it takes so much determination and willpower to recover, you should avoid getting into a full-blown ED if at all possible. Bulimia not only destroys your teeth, it can lead to an increased risk of throat cancer, vomiting blood, heart attacks & death due to electrolyte imbalances, and miserable miserable depression accompanies everyone who has an ED. Please get some help before it threatens your life.

thank you for the advice. I think I'm going to stop before this gets to my normal meals. I think what I'm gonna do is everytime I get a craving for something fat food. I'll just make a "healthy" version of it. Or if I can't beat the craving like say a big mac... I'll just order 1 cheesburger with big mac sauce in it. So thank you for the advice again and I am seeing my counselor but not about this. I will tell him next time though.
