I recently hurt both of my ankles getting exercise. For some reason below the ankle and towards the heal is where the pain is. It's not on the inside or anywhere else. Just in that area. If I stand for awhile I can feel the pain increase. This started last week and I've been taking it easy since then but I can't seem to run or the pain returns. I don't know exactly what I did but if anyone has any knowledge on how I can heal this or any suggestion it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

You can go ask a doctor! :-P
Do you run a lot? This might be a running injury. You could check out running websites that might have tips on this stuff if it's running related.
The only thing i could suggest is to wrap your ankles when you workout.

Thanks Darkwolfofvoid. It was while I was playing co-ed softball. We have a game tonight and I'll wrap it to see if that helps. Thanks again.

You also might wanna try strengthening your ankles and calves and shins. Stretch and flex and bend the ankles and all that area. What i do whenever i get an injured area is i try to condition and strengthen the area around it to support that. Thus coming out better in the end http://www.healthboards.com/ubb/wink.gif
