Just a quick one. What is the upper limit of calcium (supplimentary) you can take in a day, and in what form is best taken? I am taking it along with Magnesium.

Thanks for you help :) Sponsor leea1206 03-08-2007, 09:52 PM From what I know, calcium citrate is absorbed the best. Citracal with Vit D is available here in the US. Generally the highest dose recommended is for post menopausal women, which is 1500mg/day. Be sure to take no more than 500mg at one time, as the body can't absorb it all at once. |
