i'm a student of 21 yrs..i have been diagnosed with scoliosis from the age of 14yrs..it wus found t be s shaped curvature of spine..it wus within the surgery limit til a year back..but there wus a rapid progress in the curve within the last one year..and it wus around 65 degrees for the last check up.. but the doctors are hesitatin to go for a surgery since i hav no problems physically beside a slight tilt at the hips..durin the last few chec ups it wus found that my pelvic girdle too is slightly tilted which is why i cant stand for too long at a stretch..the doctors suggestin to leave it and not go for a surgery if the angle remains lik dis fr de nxt few chec ups.. do u think it is ok an advisable to not go fr a surgery at dis stage ?.. kindly inform ..
