i really really need help here. My penis head (glan) on the right of it is suffering from HYPER pain. It is so sensitive that not even a tissue can touch it. The previous post saying using water to drip on it is impossible because the pain is like being shock by electric or something.

my penis head is alright for all the part except the right part. A small affected zone. It is like cut wound or some sort of ULSER or what. On my whole penis head, only tat small part is so sensitive and so pain.

What i do now is apply a antiseptic cream and cover it with my foreskin as i didn't circum. but my foreskin normally is down.

That particular small zone/part is red and middle of it is a bit white like ulser and i just cant explain how pain it is coz its really cause to death if i touch it.

Anyone can help would be appreciate very very much! please i really need help.

How long have you had this problem? Other than using the cream on it, just keep it clean. It sound a bit like a pimple. could it be an infection from having sex with someone recently? If that's possible,then you should see a doctor as soon as possible.:wave:

Nop i am still a virgin and i never had sex be4. Masturbate ,yes of coz. but masturbate lead something like this?? the previous day(dunno when) i got the same pain but its minor. i keep everything clean then soon it recover but when it recover there is a dry-like skin over there. So without any knowledge i go and peel off the dry skin from my penis head(glan), then thing went worse here. I am worry that this problem wont recover and affect my future life having a family.

I think your next step should be to see a doctor. I know that we/men hate to do that, expecially having someone looking/handling our private parts, but sometimes it can't be helped, you've just got to do it. I don't think it will cause you problems in the child baring department though. From what you have described so far, it sounds like skin cancer, which from my understanding can be treated easily, but! You've got to go to the doctor and see what it really is. ok now, i wanna make i more clearer.

My penis head is having white patch spot and its just only the spot is very sensitive. it is, of coz pain and sensitive when touch with hand or with water. I visited doctor and the doctor ask me whether i having any sexual activity but NO i am still virgin.

What is wan to ask is . Having "fun" or "masturbate" with a bouch(the long pillow tat we hug when we sleep) can get infected with HIV? like maybe if my bouch is dirty. Will it get infected?

The doctor give me antibiotic and cream and one painkiller.

It just sounds like a skin infection to me. If it is its probely just down to urine burning the skin and it getting infected that way.

This is not normal. You should see a dermatologist, to find out what the white spot is, and why it hurts so much. The other post, where I say it is likely either vitiligo or BXO... vitiligo doesn't hurt. This is something more serious, which needs to be dealt with, to make it go away.
