hi, im 23 years old and sexually active. i have noticed some bumps and wasnt sure if they were normal. i understand that there is something called PPP and thought it could be that. i have some small clusters of bumps along the head of my penis, pretty sure its PPP. but, on the underside right under the head by the tip i have 3 bumps on one side and one bump on the other. there hasnt been a spread since i initially noticed them. they look like white headed pimpils (not cauliflower like). they are very very sensitive, in a good way. they have been there for quite a while and i havent had any other signs or symptoms to make me think that it could be an STD. i do plan on getting tested, but wanted to hear a couple of opinions first. thanks

Every guy has hair follicle whit bumps on their penis and balls, because the skin is softer check if theirs hair growing out of the bumps if not go to a doctor.
