Hi everyone
i have a massive favour to ask - a while ago jonistyle, coffeegirl and others were discussing meal plans - some structures consisted of "cans" per day, or a certain amount of calories per meal etc...
i am at a healthy weight - though i need help with structure of meals and no. of calories i need to stay just as i am now.
i do not mean this post in an unhealthy triggering way - i was just hoping to get some advice from others out there who may have a structure which would help me
take care all
thanks, chookie:wave:

Have you thought about seeing a dietician to help with a meal plan? Really, that is best way to get a plan tailored to your height and weight and how many calories you need to maintain your weight.
I've been recovered for many years and I don't have a meal plan any more, per se. Basically, I do a lot of intuitive eating--eating when I'm hungry, stopping when I'm full. It's tricky with an ED though because the ED will tell you that you are full after 1 bite of something, so it's really about listening to your body. Usually, I have 3 meals a day and snacks but I don't count the calories because that just made me too obsessive. Now, I try to look at the nutrition value of the meals--particularly protein and fiber.
Congrats on getting to a healthy weight! :blob_fire :blob_fire

Chookie, You are in a similar quandry to me. I found easy to prepare foods work well. They may not be the best, compared to spending longer times in the kitchen, but it gets me eating more, and thats good.
Otherwise my eating routine is, well, unhealthy, due to the eating supression from my medication. The medication holds me back from a regular 3 a day; but I'm trying to get past that barrier, and it isn't easy. Thats when I went to easy to cook/prepare foods. Less time, ready fast and they are healthy, so I can keep my nutrition and intake better than before. If I had to spend time to prepare, wait for it to be baked, I would not be happy.
Not sure if that advice helps you much, but take it how you will.

The people who post on this Board will be glad to give you encouragement and support. You need to see the nutritionist to get a meal plan that is appropriate for you.
