My cardiologist says that everyone does get them and that only a small percentage of people notice them. Maybe everyone does get them, but maybe some feel it more then others? :)

I think everyone does get them from time to time, but we on this board have other medical conditions or are borderline hypochondriacs that need reassuring that we aren't dying everytime our heart skips a beat or beats a little fast. I am exactly like that myself. Have been all my life.

I guess everyone has them, but we're the only ones to take notice of them to the point of worry or needing comfort. Nothing wrong with that though.

Yeah everyone has them, but like FLME said, a small percentage of people notice them. My older brother, trying to comfort me, would say that he has them too, and I would reply, "yeah, but not everyday of the hour like me", which he agreed. Seriously I was getting them a lot (varying it with "skipped" or irregular heartbeats) for me not to notice. I went to the doc and he told me that I have arrhythmia, being that there's different types, mine's not dangerous, meaning that I'm still going to feel what I feel but it won't kill me. Sure it won't but it sure does bug you.
