for the past 2 weeks my left foot has been unbearily painful,i can hardly walk!

im in anorexia recovery so its not due to an injury from excercise as im not allowed to excercise

it started off..with bruising and painfullness in the middle of my calf..the bruising just apeared overnight for no reason and was very painful it was also a little swollen

then the bruising went down but now i can hardly move my foot its so painful and it keeps coming up very red

its not edema as i had edema not that long ago due to my anorexia recovery and this is realy different

im getting quite worried
