Has anyone had experience with this? It seems to have reared its head due to some sleep issues I have had for the last few years. I am aware of the eating but seem defenseless mostly to stop. I am being treated for the sleep issues and due to some out of whack hormones, believe I am eating to lower my cortisol levels at night. I have tried a variety of ways to discourage night eating and usually only have healthy snacks around. Still it is sort of a viscious cycle.

Thanks for your response. I dont understand the sticky note thing but will read in a minute.
A friend suggested putting one portion of different healthy snacks in baggies in the front of the refrigerator. I have found that this really helps. Since I am a little groggy at the time, I will grab a bag but then go back to sleep. Since they are portion controlled it helps a lot
I guess just re-programing my brain. I still believe the underlying problem is hormones. I am attempting to get that under control.
