Hi Everbody, Well It Is Moirning Of Day Nine And I Really Feel Pretty Good. On Day Eight Which Was Yesterday I Actually Worked Outside In The Yard All Day Long, It Brought Back Alot Of Memories And Went To The Casino That Night. I Handled All The Growds And Losing My But On The Slots Without Batting A Eye. God It Was Great.
Like I Said On Day Seven I Am Still Having A Little Anxiety, Especially When I Am Still And Not Very Busy, But When I Stay Busy Its Ok.
I Wish I Could Convince Everyone Out There That Is On Day 1, 2 Or Three Of Their Sobriety That I Swear It Will Get Better. I Know You Have Heard Minute By Minute, Hour By Hour, Day By Day, Hot Showers, Excercise, Benadryl, Yati, Yati, And That Is Correct. Each Day Will Better Than The Last. You Can Find All The Support From Good People On This Board As I Did,
Well I Am Praying Day Ten Is Better Than Day Nine Which Im Sure It Will Be.
Well I Have To Go Outside And Wash The Wife's Car, You Know All The Honey Do Things. So Ill Be Back On Tomorrow And Report Again. Thanks To All Again. My God It Is A Beautuful Day.

WTG!!! I am so proud of you!! I knew that we could do this...today is day 13 for me and it couldn't be better! I wish you the best of luck in recovery and things WILL continue to get better!!!

You should patt yourself on the back too!!! this will probably be the hardest thing life has to offer....so now you know you can get through anything!!!! Keep putting those knees to the floor and thanking the one who has gotten you through this!!!! Life can be great, can't it?? And it only gets better!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:)

I am so glad to hear that you are on the other side of horrible. I flushed my tramadol 1 day after you started your journey and today is Day 8 for me. I am having anxiety issues but I just stay busy and it helps to not micro focus.
