My neighbour is 79 and her Husband 80. He can not do too much because he has trouble walking. However she thinks she can do everything. She will not hire help for shovelling ect.
We help them quite a bit. Lately she has been accusing us of stupid stuff. Like pushing our snow on her side and then she has to clean it up ect. When in fact we snow blow regularly for them. She seems to get obsessed with stuff. She can not seem to clear her mind ...she said she saw us do it. HHHMM
Her husband is going nuts with her obsessions. We have lived next to them for 30 years and have been friends and good neighbours. It seems she needs to vent somehow. I feel real bad and do not want to argue with her about her accusations. Is this all part of Alz's or demetia. Please respond. Thankyou.:confused:

It sounds a lot like Alzheimers to me! Maybe you can persuade her husband to take her to a doctor, having told the doc in advance what he suspects?
