This question may have already been answered on here, but I was concerned about my bc pills. Because of college and work I'm always running around, including going out of town and out of state every three to four days. Unfortunately I've noticed a very bad trend that I never take my pills at the same time. I remember everyday, but they are always a few to several hours difference in when I take them, because of my hectic schedule. How bad is this? Is there a chance I can get pregnant because of my timing? Any help on this would be appreciated!

Well..yes there is always a CHANCE anytime you have sex..to get pregnant...and this is just another chance. one or two days of taking yous pills a little after scheduled time is not a bother really..but doing it everyday especially way after scheduled time..could cause early ovulation sometimes..i would suggest to just ALWAYS take the pill the minute you wake up. let it be the first thing you do in the day. Because if you don't want to get pregnant taking those pills on time is just as important as work or school in my opinion. And assuming because you go to work and school you must wake up at about the same time everyday? making that the best time i see to take the pills.
