am i infected with STD/HIV/AIDS if i am still virgin?

I got no symthoms for HIV/AIDS (etc, headache,red rash at upper torso,diarrhea, neusea and so on). I got no sexually activity(virgin).

But what i got is "pain/hypersensitive glan" tat happened recently and that part of it is white in colour (normally glan is red colour rite?).

Do i got a chance of getting STD?

No, there's no chance of an STD if you haven't had any kind of sexual relations.
