my mum has lung cancer she starts radiotherapy tomorow to try and shrink it dose anyone know the differance between chemo and radiotherapy and wy some people with cancer have one and not the other thankyou

Sorry to about your mum. You have asked a question that is not so easy to answer here on the forum. If you go to a search engine and type in lung cancer treatments a whole bunch of web sites will come up, this should get you started. It will help to focus your research if you know the type of lung cancer your mum has and the stage it's at.
