I only have the very basic version the 1000. I got it for 100 bucks at DICKS SPORTING GOODS. I wanted to order the version that lets you add weight but it was more than 1000 bucks and I can't afford that so I had my dad make add ons for it. It works pretty good, the most important thing is to keep form. I'm 6'0 and when I started using it I weighed 170 now I weight 150 with no excess fat =).
