I have 15 mm simple cyst on my upper kidney and small hepatic cysts. Would these cause symptoms and should I keep my eye on them?

**edit**I wanted to add that Im 32 yrs old and have not felt well for a few years now. I also have Low potassium and blood/protien in my urine which I have been told is normal.

No words of advice?

Sorry but I am not sure. Because the cysts are heptatic as well you may want to post on the liver board or general health to widen the viewing audience.
