Is coffee good for you? I drink about 44 fl. a day. I'm in college and I have to have it to survive. LOL. Is it better for me when I bulk or cut? The other parts of the day I drink nothing but water. Help

No, coffee is not "good for you". It contains an addictive drug, caffeine. I would recommend cutting back as much as possible.

It can be okay and helpful when cutting, but use moderation. It increases your insulin sensitivity and as stated, is a drug. It's best not to be too dependant on anything.

I asked a doctor who is friends with my Mom and she told me that he recommended it. He said it is not wise to drink 2 pots a day. But, a couple of cups or more helps flush out some kind of harmful excess of something in your body. Vessles or something like that.

keep in mind that caffiene lowers insulin sensitivity over time.

None is best but about 3 cups a day is supposedly ok. Caffeine is a diuretic though so you'll need to drink more than the recomended minimum 2 litres water a day.
