I work out with weights and resistance machines, also do squats (with and without machines), lunges and several sets on the machine especially designed for the inner thighs (forgot its name). My upper legs are in good shape ( quads and hams) but despite all the leg work I still cannot totally tighten up the area on the upper inner thighs. Does anyone have any suggestions for exercise to firm up that particular area?
