What are some good free weight exercises that are good to get rid of some under arm flab, fast....

Well .. the only way to get rid of FAT is through expending more energy then you take in and that usually requires cardio.
Now, weight training to firm that area up could include triceps kickback, triceps push-down, push-ups, lying french press, etc.

the actual area under the arm is best tightened by working your tricep long head. Basically any tricep workout you do, invert the grip and there you go. The best i've found is inverted gripped bar dips. My tricep long is great from those alone. Today I tried some changed gripped cable kickbacks, but i didn't like them. Bar dips all the way. I'd include pushups as they're much like bar dips, depending on how you do them, but it's a pain to do pushups with a hand position that's inverted like that.

You can also try close-grip bench presses; seated behind-the-head dumbbell extensions; lying dumbbell extension with a hammer grip, bringing the dumbbells down to your ears, then extending. If you have access to a cable apparatus, reverse-grip straight bar pull downs is good also.
