Alrite i've been working out the paste 2 months with my total gym. My stats were 6'0 165lbs, now i'm 148lbs so I lost alot of crap I didn't need. I would like to take the next step with food and really eat good stuff. I need to know good foods to eat on days I do abdominal work outs and what do eat on days I do upper body strength do get bigger mucles. I don't want to hear eat more carbs this day or that day b/c I don't want to keep looking at the back of boxes.

I don't know of any sites. I eat chicken, lean cuts of red meat, turkey, milk, eggs, rice, potatoes, whole-grain breads and cereals on different days. I supplement with flax seed oil, creatine, glutamine, multi-vitamin/mineral and HMB(from leucine).

If you want to eat right, you're going to have to read labels. As far as what to eat on this day and that day. It doesn't change. Lean protein, complex carbs, vegetables and lots of water. Stay away from processed foods and foods high in sugar.
On days you lift eat about 20g of protein & 20 grams of carbs 30 minutes before your workout. This will help give you the fuel you need to sustain your workout. If you lift on an empty stomach, you'll probably run out of gas.
Immediately after you lift weights, eat or drink a meal replacement shake. (I prefer Labrada Lean Body). If your workout was cardio only, I've read that your body will continue to burn fat for up to an hour after you get off the cardio apparatus, as long as you don't eat during that time.
