Saturday night I experienced some very intense right side kidney pain and nausea. Felt like kidney stone pain (I've passed a stone before, left side, two years ago, you don't forget pain like that:eek: ). It only lasted about an hour and then I was fine. There was no blood in urine, didn't pass any noticable stone. So what was it? Could it have been a stone moving around in the kidney? Something else? Haven't had any pain since so I'm not really worried, just more curious than anything!

Any thoughts would be appreciated!! Thanks!
