It seems like some guys who lift weights are strong but don't develop those bulky pecs. Is there some special chest exercises or amount of reps to keep your chest flat? Obviously you have to burn the fat too but I'm just worried that if I keep doing bench presses and chest flys, it'll make the chest stick out more. I kinda like that flat look.
doing thinga like ultra low (as in doing a ORM every cjest workout) will get your one rep max to be very heavy, but you wont necessarily get bigger. A good bit of it is really genetics. DO you really not want a big chest? *shakes head in bewilderment*

It's mostly genetics. Some people are just grow muscles in certain area's faster than others. However,
if you don't want your chest to grow it's not what exercises you perform, it's how you perform them. Higher amount of reps with smaller amount of weight would do the trick. Try about 25% to 50% of your "1 rep max" per exercise in sets of 12 to 15 reps. Moving quickly between sets keeping your heart rate up. This will make your routine more aerobically challenging the end result been more fat burnning and little muscle growth.
you wouldnt get to strong doing those high reps though, just real lean.

The look I'm trying to achieve is where it looks my chest is wide but doesn't stick out much. Some guys are able to achieve this look despite a lot of weight lifting. It's like the pectorals were big but stretched to the sides making them more flat. Or maybe it's just a byproduct of having wide shoulders. I don't know.
