It's another ephedrine based product from what I've read, like Xenadrine, Ripped Fuel, HydroxyCut etc etc etc. Ephedrine works for me but doesn't work for everyone. And it can have side effects on some people eg insomnia, anxiety. It's cheaper to get pure ephedrine and create your own "E\C\A stack" of 20mg epedrine, 200mg Caffine and 300mg Asprin, or less but in the same ratio. Apparently more effective too.
