What is an example of your daily diet and what do you think the best way to eat (every 2 hours, before workouts, after workouts?) to make me feel better during the actual workout. My trainer says I struggle because I need to clean up my eating better and eat more. Can someone that has a similar schedule as me, a woman 31 years old, in it to lose and tone - not that much overweight maybe 20 lbs. (My schedule is 45 minutes cardio, 4 days a week, legs on Monday's and arms on Thursdays). I am struggling through the workouts. Please advise what you can.
