I've recently lost about 40lbs and gotten my body fat down to just under 15%. I want to bulk up a bit now but still try to keep my body fat levels relativly low. Is 2 days of high intensity cardio work a week ok (along with a 4 day split weights workout plan) to maintain a low body fat percentage or will it hamper muscle gains too much?

High intensity cardio won't hurt gains. If you're talking sprints, it will actually add muscle in addition to the cardio effect. Burns TONS of calories and builds up your legs. And twice a week is really nothing in the Grand Scheme Of Cardio. Should be fine. I'd try to regulate fat gain more through diet if possible...
