Everytime I do lunges, I feel pressure on my knees. It almost hurts and I don't feel anything in my quads or hamstrings much. Does anyone know where i can see pics or video clips of lunges? I don't think i'm doing them right.

Do NOT let your knee go past your toes. How you do them is, from standing with feet together. Step out with your left foot so that you get a good distance between your feet now. It should also be long enough so that when you bring the stationary leg's knee down towards the ground, your extended left leg's knee now doesn't lean forward so far so that if you looked down past it you wouldn't see your toes. The objective is to keep that low left leg perpendicular to the ground. Then your knee should almost hit the ground, and then either bring your legs back together to the start, or bring them together where your leg is extended, or do that but go straight into an extension of the previously stationary leg.

Hi, I have found something called the fit map that has a feature called the Interactive Trainer. Go to this website and look to the left of the page under channels, click on Interactive Fitness. You will see a picture of a woman doing a sit up, to the right of her will be a link called Interactive Trainer. Click on that and a picture of a man/doll will pop up, just click on the body parts you want to work on and they will have video clips of exercises you can do to work that area. Good luck!
