Hi- Is anyone currently using the Today Sponge as bc? I used to use it years, and years ago- I always liked it. Since I will no longer use hormonal bc I am considering using it again. However, I heard it can cause vaginal and urinary tract infections. Looking back I remember having 2 UTIs and 1 yeast infection around the time I used it.(1 year -18 months)
Has anyone else experienced this?
Since I've only had a handful in my adult life I wonder if they do encourage them.
