Hello :)
My name is nataliejo. I have bipolar one, borderline personality disorder... and severe anxiety...
I am pretty stable, except I think I might be in a little of a manic phase, which really sucks, because my sleeping patterns are shot.
But otherwise I am as usual... stable...
I have just been diagnosed with diabetes and am overweight, obese as we call it .. not morbid, but obese as the doctor says.
anyway ... just thought I would say hi, before I delve in on people's threads ...
hope I get some replys ..
always

Hi, Natalie Jo:wave: Welcome....I am not BP but have a 15 year old daughter who was recently diagnosed. I just wanted to pop on and say hello and welcome you to a terrific place.;)
I have some things to do but hope that you find as much comfort and support as I have found here.

PS ~ Do you have anybody who you find supportive or understanding of your BP??? Family or friends????

Thanks all of you for the VERY warm welcome... :)
Your nics are great... I love them!
I do have friends on another forum that are really sweet... and my mom is very supportive. Sometimes she doesnt seem to understand why I am down. I was down a little yesterday and they said it was me worrying... well I did something about what I was worrying about and felt tons better, but still a little down. I excersized for forty minutes and I am just popping. I have fifty questions to answer on an online test for my class I take at SNHU in New Hampshire and I have already completed 26 ..
I am hoping the excersize will make me really tired at night. I guess I should make sure I excersize before two pm ..to make sure that I get sleep at night ..otherwise I am wound ... but I think I am in hypomania right now ..so I am trying to slow down and keep a slow pace, which is very hard to do when the chemicals in your body want you to go racing in circles and call everyone on earth just so you can release the energy building ...
but I will get through this like usual ..just hope the down part isnt too bad, because usually when I am down it is very hard to do anything.. hmm.. as we all know :)
thanks for the warm welcome again ..and I will post soon ...
I am also interested in the diabetic board ..and if there is a borderline board I would like that too .. I find it very hard to deal with each disorder together ..so I try to seperate them and work on them seperately ...

Hey nataliejo!
I just finished responding to your kind message on my own BP post. You sound a lot like me right now. I think I've been in a hypomania stage myself these past few days and even my Christian counselor noticed that this afternoon. I talk a lot and very fast and my mind is like a t.v remote. It's constantly switching from one channel to the next.
There is a Borderline Personality Disorder forum on this website. It's very insightful also. I think my sister has this. I also have ADD so I'm always switching from one health issue to next too. :)
Please take care of yourself, sunshine!
