anyone have hands hurting at night, almost like falling asleep,

Feels like blood is running there during the day. they turn blotchy red at times.


i had a normal EMG test for them, no entrapment.

Also, could minor dehydration cause this?

My Hands Hurt Day And Night,sometimes I Have To Wear The Braces 24/7. Had Surgery,with No Relief.
Does It Feel Like You Want To Slam Your Hands Against Something To Wake Them Up? And You Cant Get Them Comfortable Even When You Sit And Do Nothing.
Yep That's Carpal Tunnel.
Sometimes P/t Helps. I Like Massage Therapy And The Parafan, But It Just Feels Good, Really No Medical Benefits.

How long ago did you have the EMG test? CTS can come on quickly. I hardly had it in my left hand. Right hand was bad. During the time I had surgery on my right hand, and had it in a bandage, my left hand got bad real fast. Wear splints while drivinig and while sleeping. This is a royal pain, but necessary. Also, I was put on naporsyn for cts, which is a strong version of Aleve. I am now taking Aleve again to get a little relief. I go to see a different hand specialist on April 6. My hands are bad again.
