I know absolutely nothing about the condition other than what the Doctor briefly went into. I go to see my Cardiologist on Wednesday of next week for a Holter Monitor, & Treadmill Test. Since my first episode on Thursday of last week, I've had an episode almost every day, sometimes 3 - 4 times a day. My heart palpitations are much more pronounced and noticeable.

I have been lurking this discussion board now for 2 days. Enough time to get up enough nerve to post.

I'm quite scared, and from what I read this is also quite common, and nothing to be scared of. Which I am learning to try and control, the fear that is.

I'm a 21 years old female, so this is a wild ride for sure when going through one of these episodes. I think to myself, I'm TOO young yet.

I would just like some advice, or some kind of reassurance is all.
