Looks like we both ain't havin a good time right now. I just feel so alone, suffocated, ridden with anxiety, in freefall.

My mood has been goin down since Monday big style, but over the last hour I have smiled with friends - I know it will pass (ok, so my increase in meds might have helped!).

Have you talked with your pdoc? If not, can you?? Mine has contacted me everyday throughout my falling mood - and has changed my meds accordingly (increase in tegretol retard). It's important that you know that this will pass - my clouds are starting to have slightly silver lingings again, yesterday I didn't think they ever could.
