please, can anyone help, give some advice on my predicament. the usual story of being on the pill (yasmin) for few months, but about a week maybe 10 days ago i finished some anti-biotics, may of been the wednesday..then last weekend, sat night/sunday morning and night, my partner and i had unprotected sex. i was still on the pill and finished the packet on the sunday..i am aware that the anti-biotics affect the way the pill works, so it was stupid of myself to take such a silly risk (of which i am now suffering :O(
so now since monday i have expected my period to arrive usually after mid week it arrives..but on wednesday with a very worried boyfriend i went and got the morning after pill. i am also aware that this affects periods too, as well as the vast amount of stress and paranoia i am feeling right now. its friday and nothing..not a stomach twinge, spot or anything! i am so worried it untrue. i am desperate to find out if i am pregnant..not to mention if i should start re-taking my pill on monday as i normally would do.

PLEASE, PLEASE has anyone got some advice for me

many thanks

I think you'll be fine, might want to get a test just incase, but I don't think you have anything to worry about.

You can take the pill as usual even if you were to by chance be pregnant it would not hurt the baby.
You stressing and worry can also delay your cycle from coming down. I've ben there a number of times.

The most fertlie time for a woman is 10 days after their period. Since what happened was before that and in conjunction with you taking the morning after pill I think you are fine.

seen as there were no twinges with taking the morning after pill i would think that that would mean you weren't pregnant
