What is the best for completely cleaning out your colon. I have heard that enemas work well and am planning on trying it. Has anyone tried them and how do they work? What else cleanses the colon really well?

Consider colon hydrotherapy done by a colonic hydrotherapist. It is done in a clinic or spa setting and takes 45 minutes to an hour. Cost is about $55.00 depending on where you live. The colonic hydrotherapist is very professional and respectful. Usually, a person will go through a series of them for best results.

I have also seen this called a "high enema", however, that may be an older term.

Hope this is helpful to you.

****** Dr. Natura. He has a Colonix colon cleanser. I have not tried it, however, you could also run a search on it in these health boards.

I can think of some other products, however, they are more for constipation not necessarily a colon cleanse.

Good luck to you.

I read on a really long board post that psyllium husk with activated charcoal and Lactobacillus casei works great on cleansing out the colon. Has anyoe tried any of this and wht results have you gotten?

Yes, I am looking for a colon cleanser w/o spending allot of money. Also I am very uncomfy with going to an MD or a SPA to do it? Is there anything natural you can take to clean your colon??

I've recently tried the Dr. Natura Cleanse...and it's wonderful. Does anyone know where we can buy this product in Canada. I had mine shipped from USA, and it costs so much for the duty and shipping it's almost unaffordable. I'm thinking there must be a "tea" product that is similar here. Does anyone know of one? Thanks

I use Fleet's PhosphoSoda. It's cheap and does the job everytime ;)

What the best way to clean out your digestive system? To get all the toxic build up and plaque out? Are there any herbal treatments that work? If not what works best that I can do myself?
