i am seeing a therapist, and she told me i should probably go on some anti anxiety meds. i dont know what i should try...i did try zoloft a few years ago and i had horrible widthdrawls if i missed a pill so i do not want to go on that or anything related to that pill. i have some lorazapan but it just makes me tired and i dont wanna get addicted. does anyone know of a good anti-anxiety pill thats worked for them without bad side effects?

there are anitdepressants and anti anxiety pills and the 2 are not always the same. i found that seeing a psychiatrist for my medications was the best for me. my md did his best to help me but he isn't as well trained in these type of meds. so i see a counselor twice a month and the pdoc every couple of months for a medication review. hope this helps and God bless:angel:
Lexapros worked well for me, but everybody is different. But i'd have to say Lexapro
