okay so i had a protein binge last sunday (my kidneys might have been weakened or something by then because id been on painkillers for my wisdom teeth), and the next day monday my joints hurt like hell... this was the first time i ever experienced gout btw. anyways, my joints are still sensitive but they dont really hurt like hell. will i put myself vulnerable for injury if i go for a workout? my knees, ankles and toes are sensitive (also my arms n such but i wont be using those) and i wanna go on the elliptical for some light cardio. is this ok?
