I have been on 10mg 1 month & have a big problem w/the runs. My Dr sd prob allergic to it to stop taking it. Does anyone know if a month on it will give me problems stopping? Dr's don't always know.

I would follow your doctors orders.
When I was on Lexapro I didn't really have any withdrawal effects other than a few "brain zaps" (tingling) in my head.
Is your doctor planning on putting you on something else?

A couple of months. It was tto strong for me.
If you are having an elergic reaction to it I would assume you would feel better being off of it.
