View Full Version : Yohimburn?

My girlfriend wants to try this out. Her sister used it and her upper thighs really slimmed out. But I am just wondering if anyone else had tried it?
I am bit skeptical because of cutting gel (which I KNOW does nothing but get rid of water) but this seems to be a lot different. I know that yohimbine is good for fat loss, I just am nost sure about how localized the effects are going to be. I am just wondering if her sisters results were out of the ordinary. I just dont want here to get her hopes up.

any one with thoughts or experiences?

I posted this on the weight loss forum, but they said that I might get more answers here http://www.healthboards.com/ubb/smile.gif

I have never tried it, but I have talked to a lot of professional bodybuilders that love it (and some that say it does nothing). I'm not sure how much effect it will have on someone with a normal body fat %, but when you are lean already, it allegedly makes a pretty big difference in slimming "trouble spots". I guess it works differently for everyone.

thanks for the reply. It helped me to narrow my search. I posted the same question on a couple of the female fitness and bodybuilding sites and most of them seem to reccomended it. It was pretty encouraging to hear since my girlfriend is very disatisfied with her current fat loss. Hopefully this will do the trick. thanks again.

any reccomendations on a cardio program to use with it? also anything to "stack" with it.

she is going to do low to moderate carbs.

on one of the other boards they reccomended applying it 1/2 hr before cardio and doing interval training.

I think that means low intensity for 1-2 minutes and then high intensity for 1-2 minutes. But I just wanted to verify.

thanks
